This role will help Amyris meet ambitious revenue growth targets. The role is focused exclusively on Reb M business development, with responsibilities to foment Amyris and its Reb M awareness making Amyris the preferred supply of choice for Reb M to small, medium and large F&B customers. The role requires high level of experience in dealing with customers, building relationship with key decision makers and influencers within customer´s organization. Having strong sales and influencing skills, and a high performer professional is a must to guarantee Amyris’s success. Extensive experience and subject matter expertise with Food & Beverage Industry, as well as solid understanding of High-Intensive Sweetener market is a must.
Drive sales to meet or exceed set targets.
Call on customers to generate new business and/or maintain current business.
Develop strong relationships networking with key decision makers within relevant accounts to create additional revenue opportunities.
Develop and provide critical mass (information/expertise/competitive intelligence) for the corporation to ensure best decision making.
Maintain Reporting System Tools updated with accurate information. ( i.e. Salesforce.com)
Participate in industry related trade shows and events.
Be a great cross functional team member.
Be Ethical and act safe in all work and business activities.
5 plus years of experience in B2B sales/ account management of High Intensive Sweetener products.
Strong knowledge of the US Food & Beverage Market and players.
Proven track record as a results-oriented sales professional.
Must demonstrate strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Thrives on an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented.
Able to handle multiple priorities while meeting objectives and executing on key deliverables.
Team player who builds strong, effective partnerships.
Team builder who develops and coaches team members to reach their own professional goals
Excellent written and verbal skills

Bachelor’s Degree in food science or Engineering with MBA or Marketing Degree.
